SHIPPING CHARGES & INSURANCE

Shipping Charges as applicable as per the weight of the products in your order will be automatically added to your cart at Check Out. Our shipping charges are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties in order to release your order from your respective country's customs on arrival. Failing to do so will return the order back to our warehouse and we will not be able to refund the shipping charges and also deduct the charges for shipping from your country to our warehouse. 

ORDER DISPATCH

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2  To 18  working days. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you the reason for the same.

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and ID with which you can track your order. You are welcome to contact us regarding the status and tracking of your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

International Orders generally takes about 10-15 business days from the day the order has been shipped by us and the country of destination. However, it might take longer due to custom clearance formalities, post office formalities and other procedures depending on your country's custom processes. ​

PAYMENT METHOD

We do not offer Cash on Delivery on International Orders. You can pay via all major international Category Sub-category Credit Card MasterCard, Amex, Diners etc Debit Card Visa, Mastercard, Maestro etc Net Banking SBI Net Banking, HDFC Net Banking etc credit/debit cards using our International payment gateway at the time of checkout. Final payment to be made will be visible in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. The exchange rate of your currency will be paid by you. while the time of placing the order. RETURN POLICY

For all unused items kept in their original packaging condition, we are happy to offer "No Questions Asked  If product is not as per order" returns policy. Items you wish to return  which is not as per your order,please  informed to us at ramnik5564@gmail.com or info@rchiecreation.com or rchiecreations@gmail.com   and message on +91 9821120375 in within 48 hours from the time you received your order. Send us the photos and the tags of the items you are going to return. Items which are damaged / altered / used will not be accepted for returns and will be shipped back at an additional shipping cost 

To return your order, you may choose the shipping carrier of your choice and ship the package directly to us in its original condition. Shipping & handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable. CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cannot be cancelled once  its order or we have shipped the order. Any cancellation before the shipment of the order will not be cancelled and the amount will not be refunded as per the refund policy, iyou can ask us to  choose other product option and if possible we will  adujust amount. 

REFUND POLICY

No Refund of amount will be paid, but in some case credit note will be issued; which can be used for your future purchases. Shipping charges levied on your order will not be refunded. Any charges incurred by as duty paid on your returns will not be refunded.​
