We have partnered with trusted logistics providers including Delhivery, DTDC and similar courier services to ensure your products are handled professionally and delivered on time. Orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only — Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. You'll be notified via email and WhatsApp with your tracking details once shipped. If there's any unexpected delay, we'll keep you informed.

Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 5–8 days for metro cities and 7–10 days for non-metro cities. In rare cases of unforeseen delays, please track your order using the link sent to your registered email.

Standard shipping via Delhivery, DTDC or similar courier partners starts at ₹100–₹600 depending on package weight and size. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹99,999.
